Our Story
The Leviosa journey began with a shared vision among healthcare professionals who recognized the potential to take ownership of the solutions they utilize in their work.
Frustrated by the poor user interface and time consuming administrative burden in current solutions, they set out to create a solution that would focus on reducing clinical documentation time, include productivity features and enhance collaboration between healthcare providers and patients.

Driven by a passion for improving technology environment for healthcare providers, the founders embarked on a journey to develop a product that would prioritize user needs and deliver tangible value
Right from the start
From the very beginning it was decided that the development process should emphasize a user-first design approach. We want to make sure that we build on the domain knowledge of healthcare providers, the end-users that utilize such solutions in their everyday work. We created a vast network of healthcare testers and made sure that the feedback loop is efficient, allowing us to enhance interface and features right from the start. From day one we have been building healthtech solutions for and by the healthcare providers.
Focusing on the documentation module
At the beginning our main focus was on the documentation module, the heart of the solution where healthcare providers spend the majority of their time. It was crucial that we would make sure to adapt the clinical documentation to the best workflow possible, covering all aspects of the process. Even though we have come a long way we still receive valuable feedback and continuous improvements are implemented frequently.
Scaling out to productivity tools
After releasing the first version of our documentation module we started working on the productivity tools and additional modules. A collaboration with clinics was crucial at this point in time and we are forever thankful for all the close connections we’ve made mapping out processes, user-journeys and workflows, allowing us to create the perfect patient flow through clinics.
What the future holds
Today, Leviosa continues to evolve and adapt to the ever-changing landscape of healthcare. Leviosa has over 60 healthcare professionals as shareholders in the company and we remain committed to our mission of empowering healthcare providers and patients, enhancing collaboration, increasing productivity and having a positive impact on healthcare.
